Quick camera phone video for new exhaust setup. Crappy sound quality. Sounds way better in person. Smooth, tame, yet noticeable exhaust. Tailpipes to the bumper are on a flange, and easily installed and removed. Stock 3.42 gear 10bolt. (Now has a Moser 9" with 4.11s)

Mods that affect the sound: Patriot 225/229 .580/.590 114+4 cam, Pacesetter Longtubes, 3" x-pipe into dual SLP Loudmouth II mufflers dumped.

  • get it coming out the back.

  • @1flynlow I have it coming out the back now, just haven't made a video of it yet. Tailpipes definitely clean up the sound but quieten it down a tad

  • @95birdman how much did it coat you bro

  • @mrfuzzy920 I already had a LM2 catback and just bought a $30 xpipe and another LM2 muffler online for cheap. Total work was about 300 to the dumps.. and went back and had pipes ran to the back with tips for under 300

  • Hey man how loud would you say your setup is? I just had duals put on my car after I installed headers and the ass that did it hooked me up with bullet mufflers the size of a full size muffler so my car is silent. Been looking to either have Loudmouth IIs or the Flowmaster Super 10s put on but I want to make sure its loud but not to the point you want to blow your brains out while driving it.

  • @BLCKBRDLS1 It's really not that loud. The mufflers dumped before the axle makes it a bit louder because it echoes. I also have pipes with flanges all the way to tailpipes at the bumper, so I can choose pipes or dumps any day I want. It is a very nice in between, tame and quiet when cruising but screams at wide open. I really like the quality tone of the LM2s.

  • @18kswag I almost didnt want to answer your question because of all the convoluted spelling and grammar...not to mention the caps lock lol. long tubes are a type of header that is basically a better flowing exhaust manifold. usually steel tubing instead of cast iron. they mount to the cylinder head so no you can't put them after the cat. i have a video of my firebird running open headers if you'd like to hear how they sound lol

  • LOL. LR base housing. Gotta love that car port. Your SOM WS6 looks mint.

  • @KoBMxFIREBIRD I'd guess 107 like the odometer says at 1:12 in the video....why do people as such dumb questions?

  • @KoBMxFIREBIRD 111k as of Jan 1 2012

  • Sounds really good
