This tutorial is for the turtle freeze. The freeze by itself isn't much use, but it's necessary for some other moves.

  • wait so if your head touches the floor on any freeze that doesnt make it a "freeze"?

  • I'm not entirely sure what you mean but here's my answer. There is no set guideline for a freeze, except that you DON'T MOVE. A baby freeze has your head on the floor and a hollowback freeze has your head off the floor. Both are freezes. Hope that helps. =X

  • Im a beginner bboy and i can do the baby freeze, the helicopter, and the backspin but not the turtle freeze

  • I cant seem to stab it right :P idk. its like I can't pull my hands in close enough to one another. What should I do?

  • when i try to do the turtle and keep my back stiff and i bend over too much

  • @YOmanLALALALA You're not men't to balance on your hip bone lol, find your lower rib and hip bone at your side then find the gap inbetween and move your elbow along that gap closer to your belly button (not too close) and that's were you stab your elbow :)

    ....make sure it's comfortable though

  • @BboyPerpetual yo does ur hip bone hurt the first time
