Pookie, I'm confused.This sounds like people in two cars having sound wars. Whose sound system was better/louder & whose music was better. From the details I think something similar could have happened even if people in both cars were all black. Not every confrontation between people of different ethnic backgrounds is about race. Sometimes its just about what one thinks the other did to them. Besides it sounds like someone in your car started the conflict by "playin with them."
