Amazing, superlicious, awesome sauceness! What could be so crazily yummy?!? Yep! if you guessed Harry Potter's famous butter beer, you are right! So all wizards and witches get out these supplies, and enjoy making your own butter beer!

Reddi Whip canned whip cream/extra creamy
1 tablespoon or big spoon to measure
butterscotch topping/Smuckers is what I used
IBC cream soda/chilled
Mug/chilled in freezer
small bowl to mix foam topping :)

ok so! wands away for this part! take your mug from freezer, pour in a large spoon like the silverware ones that are larger! full of butterscotch, pour that into mug, then pour a 1/4 of your mug full of cream soda and mix well.
(You can use Shasta cream soda, but add more butterscotch. I think IBC does the best and if you want, add a little extra butterscotch!)
Ok so in your small bowl, mix some reddi whip, extra creamy whipped topping, with a large spoon of butterscotch, and a spoon of cream soda. You can use the same spoon for everything! Mix that well, you may have to add a tiny bit more cream soda. You want the mixture smooth, not watery and not chunky.
Pour the rest of your cream soda into your mug, then pour the topping on that!

Now toast to Harry Potter! and enjoy your butter beer stache! :D

Enjoy!

  • Does it have to be chilled?

  • @Jazzgal63 it works better if the cream soda is chilled, yes. But you don't have to, but I recommend it.

  • cool video! and you DON'T need your husband, you were managing fine on your own you rock!

  • @RachelHurdWood4ev3r thanks! I am very happy that you enjoyed the video!!!

  • Could i use carmal instead and food club cream soda would that work

  • @amberkphilpott hi! you can use any cream soda that you have. I have never tried that cream soda, but IBC does work the best. I have used shasta cream soda and it is ok, just add more butterscotch. The caramel may be good, and you could try it, if you do not have butterscotch, but it will not be as good as butterscotch, as it will not give it the buttery flavor.
