Here's a very windy day, 18-20 mph, flying the 15 and 20m Vipers at the ridge. Very exciting!

  • Chad, What kind of trim set-up is that? It looks like 2 trimmers per riser?

  • The Small Viper has trimmers on both the front and rear side of the risers. It's not for everyone, as this is a very advanced wing. I seldom use the front trimmers, just the rears. The effect is immediately obvious, and brake pressure is very different throughout the range of speed. I actually prefer a speedbar, which the pilot can immediately release if necessary. Flying fast is very different, and should not be taken lightly!
