Guile's Themes Go With Everything (Usain Bolt 100m World Record)

Usain Bolt beats champion Tyson Gay and sets a new world record for the 100 metres sprint at the final of the IAAF World Championship on 2009, in Berlin, Germany. The Jamaican (in lane 4 on the track) broke his own Olympic record to win with a gold medal time of 9.58 seconds, Asafa Powell took third, with Dwain Chambers in 6th. (speed 37.6 kph, wind +0.9 m/s, note: this is not the 9.72 sec WR run from the Beijing summer games in 2008)

What's amazing is that former holder Michael Johnson says his technique is inefficient, and that "his lateral movement is horrible"! It would be quite easy for him to go faster...
