Elias Deeb, Project Manager with the Noisette Company, discusses the 3,000 acre Noisette Master Plan in the City of North Charleston, as well as Oak Terrace Preserve and the former Navy Base.

The Noisette Master Plans guiding principles work toward a triple bottom line of people, prosperity, and planet. The plan, which highlights a once neglected 3,000-acre portion of the oldest section of the city, preserves historic architectural styles, neighborhood diversity and the areas unique social fabric. It has restored environmental stability and beauty, attracted jobs, improved services like education and healthcare, reduced dependence on car travel, promoted recreation, diminished the foundations of crime and poverty, and strengthened the sense of pride many North Charleston residents feel towards their community.
