@KissHope I'd be more scared about eating at a fast food restaurant than of eating an egg white. If you've ever had lemon merengue pie then you have eaten undercooked eggs too ... If you keep your eggs appropriately chilled and pay attention to the expiration date then I think youd be fine

Isn't that risky serving people raw egg? I might eat myself but wouldn't chance serving at a party or to the public especially with the egg scares that have been in the news this year.

@shallahcat Rose used cream of tartar- it's often used with whipped egg whites - I believe it's a stabilizer
