Hey Ben, Most of the other counties in Nevada have a SAR team under the Sheriff. Every county is mandated per NRS to have the Sheriff form a Search and Rescue capability.

Lots of snakes and lots od drug runners thats why they all carry weapons and ammo. DUH....Nobody with have a brain goes into the mountians without a weapon.
