Jacqui Macquisten demonstrates a simple kettlebell workout routine for beginners using a single kettlebell. It tests balance, co-ordination, cardio vascular fitness and strength.
Complete all exerises as a circuit resting as little as possible between the exercises. Try 12 - 16 repetitions of each exercise and do between 3 and 5 sets. Important to be sure and use the correct weight of kettlebell for this workout.

  • Whenever I see a workout video, I always look at the trainer. Many female trainers have NO muscle on them at all and turns me off from taking their advice. Nice to see a lady with good muscle.

  • I've been to a few kettlebell workshops and I've never seen the circular moves -frankly - I like them ..good for a warm up.

  • I've rarely seen the circular motion or the one that simulates dribbling a basketball. I like very much.
