Challenge: HP wanted to develop an interactive tool for their portfolio of office automation products. This tool could be used by their customers to make informed decisions when they visited various retail outlets across the country.
Solution: We developed an interactive CD-ROM which contained information about most products sold through the retail channel.
Users could either select a specific product to view information about it or they could provide details about their specific needs and allow the system to recommend appropriate models for them.
For each product, the user could view technical specifications, features, benefits and comparison with competing brands.
