Isn't this phantasy star universe? I never knew you could go online with phantasy star portable.. How did you go online with psp?

Yes this is Phantasy Star Universe. On March 6th the GM of PSU ran a special event in game for the launch of the PS:P game. The event was hold in PSU but with characters from PS:P.

As for going online with PS:P, I believe those who have a PS3 can actually do so quite easily but I haven't done so myself so I really can't be of any help here, sorry.
