@TheDawnbill the product is Nike Fuel Band. And yes it's not recommended to be used in swimming pool. it's not waterproof, but it's water resistant. the website will tell you that it's safe to wear even when we take bath. however, as what people do with watches, people will leave it at his bedroom. wearing a nike fuel band while taking a bath is a weird thing to do.

The commercial isn't very good about giving details of the product. Is it water proof? Can you swim with it? If it's not, I think that would be a big turn off for many people.
