Just looking this over. Seems to me Kevin is trying to educate the reasons why Dr. Filipov was nOT drunk. Most of us haven't this knowledge. I think Kevin did well educating us. Maybe long winded to those who don't care to know the intimate details, but instead only care to hear a gloss over.

Kevin has spent a lot of his life trying to educate us all. I applaud his efforts, and sincerely appreciate his efforts. Keep going Kevin. We're listening...
