Wow! It's great isn't it. In the future all demolition companies will have to do is find that one weak column that will bring the entire structure down in one fluid motion as if they had spent weeks prepping  the entire thing and PWOOF! A cheap and quick new demo method. It could save millions.

If you disagree with him, and don't understand why it is that he can't see what you see, then he's someone with a different point of view, and that's it.
