This moderate to advanced gymnastics move is an all over body toning exercise that strengthens your legs and core muscles.
How To:
Lower your hips down and back as though sitting in a chair, then launch your body as high as you can, stretching your arms to the ceiling. Land softly and in one fluid motion roll onto your back and lift your hips off the floor extending your legs straight up. Roll back down and tuck your legs, using your momentum to bring you up to your starting position.
