Jupiter Florida Thanksgiving Day Massacre Suspect~Paul Michael Merhige Makes Most Wanted List

" The twin sisters who were killed in Jupiter on Thanksgiving Day will be remembered at a candlelight vigil Monday night at Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church.
Carla Merhige and Lisa Knight, 33, of Miami, were parishioners at the church and were known for their talented voices. They would often sing at funerals, weddings and holiday parties, according to CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald.
The vigil will begin at 7:30 p.m. at 2055 Coral Way in Miami. The church pastor Rev. Elie Mikhael told the newspaper he was expecting more than 250 people.
``Just by their personalities, their presence, their devotion, their smiles, [they were] very unique girls,'' Mikhael told The Herald.
Meanwhile, their suspected killer -- Paul Michael Merhige -- accused of killing them and two other family members on Thanksgiving in their Jupiter home has now made the list of America's Most Wanted.
The FBI, the U.S. Marshalls Service and the Florida Highway Patrol are searching for 35-year-year old Paul Michael Merhige who until recently had lived in a Kendall home with his parents.
Merhige graduated the Gulliver Academy in Pinecrest with honors and went on to attend the University of Miami. Luis Sanchez, the family's long-time handyman, described Merhige as a "conflictive" person, as he spoke with reporters outside the family home.
Among those shot dead were Merhige's twin sisters, Carla, and Lisa Merhige Knight, both 34. Carla was a project coordinator for the Miami-Dade Guardian Ad Litem program for needy children. She lived in a gated community just a few blocks from her parents' home in Kendall. Lisa Merhige was a real-estate salesperson for Coldwell Banker in Pinecrest. She worked with her mother, Carol, also a realtor. Lisa's husband, Patrick Knight, a Miami attorney, was shot and wounded in the Thursday night rampage and remains hospitalized. Lisa was pregnant with the couple's first child. Merhige also reportedly shot and killed his 6-year-old cousin Makayla Sitton execution style along with his 79-year-old aunt.
Over the weekend, investigators in Jupiter were contacted by Michigan authorities who said Merhige had sought assistance of a doctor.
Jupiter Police Sgt. Scott Pascarella said that although this may be a reason for Merhige to head to Michigan, there was no specific information that has lead investigators to believe he was still there.
A $10,000 reward has been offered for information that will lead to Merhige's arrest and conviction."
