It's a DX1K, and I'm not returning it. Dude, the tone is awesome and HPL is MORE durable than solid wood, not less. I researched it online in advance and there are literally no reviews or experiences listed anywhere of anybody having trouble with these things warping, it's a tough little guitar, it's under warranty and it sounds phenomenal. I'll risk it.

OOOOOH! A Martin! Fun! Just say its not one of the Wood/Plastic Counter top laminate ones with the 10 piece neck....? If it is return it! It will warp in no time at all.

Man, why you gotta be like that? There is no evidence to back up what you're saying, the tone is awesome, the warranty is there in case you're right and I'm not an idiot.
