The guy decides to come back and have another go at the traffic warden but by this time he had been on his radio to say he had been assaulted so there was a swarm of traffic wardens. He then got pissy with me for recording him and two wardens stood infront of me to stop him getting to me. He then dorve off with his ticket :S
traffic wardens have such a gay uniform!

@Flamorgan Yeah sure it's not nice, but again, you don't need their permission to broadcast their image as long as it's not for a commercial purpose e.g. for an advert or something. Hence why you see celebrities on TV all the time covering themselves. I'm fairly certain they didn't give their permission to be seen on TV.

@Flamorgan He is within his rights yeah, but the recorder doesn't have to stop. Could be seen as harassment if he carried on though. And copyright doesn't work that way I'm afraid.
