This is a first attempt to make the Amiga blitter draw subpixel-corrected lines for a polygon filler.
The subpixel correction itself seems to work reasonably well, but since the endpoints of the lines aren't always where they should be, the filler will sometimes leak outside the polygon and fill an entire scanline.
