@KalexCullen i am a gymnast and press ups and sit ups and squat jumps work + more x

very interesting video...wish my parents pushed me into gymnastics :(
-
@KalexCullen Depends on which part you want to work on. Core strength is very important in gymnastics so perhaps you might like to work on that. For that, you can do dish rocks, and inverted dish rocks (doing the dish rock on your tummy so your knees/legs, arms/shoulders are above the ground). Then lie on the ground and tuck up, pike up and straddle up with legs and shoulders like you're doing sit-ups.

@ConstantineW89 it will take a while. Try doing over splits and gaining strenght on your legs :)
-
@AndromedaAiken What exercises could I do home to gain strenght? I would really appreciate the answer of a gymnast :) thanks!
-
I which I could do that

@GymnastGirlable you are a gymnast? that's so cool! I've always wanted to learn!
I would really appreciate it if you would tell me which exercises you do for gaining strength that I could actually do home. Thanks :)
