The tacky furnisher ruined it for the house and it's not a bad looking apartment. Maybe if they have gotten steel appliances mix with brown or black in the kitchen and paint the walls in brown or grey colors then it wouldn't look too bad.

OHMYGOD please please please please please please PLLLLLEAASSEE come up to phoenix and build one up here. theres alot of lots in downtown and midtown. when i go to collage i wanna get one of these. but im up in phoenix, one of these would be cool looking up here.

@nexuscompanies No. This apartment complex is largely hype. Small dorm like constructions at an inflated price. In 20 years they might be worth that, but not now. For 750 you could get a beautiful 2 bedroom in the foothills.

it gets soooo hot during the day and the a/c only works in the summer so u technically have to make it look ugly with a fan or open the windows and get all your furniture dusty
