squats
please with results considering the following....real bad warmup...only got up to 545 cause there wasnt squat stands for wide grip lifters in the warmup room so screwed me up as i basically was taking an illegal wide grip like hands touching plates...never even tightened my wraps in there either...just said we ll see wat hapends considering i was opening with 140 pds more....very short/fast flight...was wrapping my knees after 2 lifters after me...was 6 lifters....set up the platform rack height to high...well it bacame to high for the 750 cause it bent da more...had to swing over it and kind of fucked my walkout and mind lol...kept setting up on all the lifts besides the last one with my hips away...was weird lol
bench...
again...was about to relax then it was like holy shit were almost ready to go ...threw on the shirt did a couple lifts and went out and killed it though lol
deadlift
learned my lesson and put suit on immediately...still was fast though and got a couple lifts again....2nd attmpt my grip almost went....so was kind of unmotivated for the last one as u might tell
10kg pr squat
12.kg pr bench
2.5 kg pr deadlift
time to figure out how to sumo deadlift i think so my grip wont go...real weak like this though....nothing i can do ;-(
