The Royal Duchy Part 4

A trip on The Railway Touring Companys The Royal Duchy from Paddington to Penzance and return. We are now passing over Plymouth Docks and soon pass though Saint Budeaux Ferry Road Station. We then cross the Gunnislake Branch twice and then over The Royal Albert Bridge itself. Next we pass though Saltash Station, the first station in Cornwall!

A few miles up the line we reach Bodmin Parkway, where we see heavy freight tank No. 4247 on a train on the Bodmin and Wenford Railway.

After arriving at Penzance we see 44871 And 70013 Oliver Cromwell running along the sea wall from Long Rock Depot to Penzance, and take a quick look at Saint Michaels Mount, a National Trust property. On the return journey hauled by D1015 Western Champion we see the arrival and departure of Bodmin Parkway.
