Vào Wiki mà xem tiểu sử của NS Lưu Hữu Phước đi, ông này là cộng sản 100%. Hành động ăn cắp nhạc đó làm nhạc sĩ rất tức giận và khinh bỉ, chính vì vậy trước 75 ông này hoạt động trong Mặt Trận GPMN ở miền Nam đã sáng tác rất nhiều bài hát lên án ngụy, vạch trần bản chất tay sai bán nước và lưu manh xảo quyệt, tàn ác mất dạy của chúng và chủ Mỹ của chúng. Thí dụ như bài Giải phóng miền Nam, bài Tiến về Sài Gòn, bài Hành khúc Giải phóng v.v.
