I bought my girlfriend a chanel medium/large bag back in july on my travels to America and in 5th avenue i've never met such rude assistants, in the end I bought it for her from Harrods in London and just told her it was from the states to keep her happy, but one thing I noticed when I used a converter the bags are actually a substantial amount cheaper than here in england

@purplechel - i cant find a tape measure but im 5'7" and double chained it hits me about mid torso, single chained (not worn cross body) hits my hip. :)
