Wow, I had heard about capsule hotels but never a capsule building :O I can see this idea taking off in some parts of Japan...I have seen the size of the apartments that my Japanese University friends were renting, and this is not too different! Would an elevator service them, a simple stair well? Because building hallways, stairs, elevators etc. might eliminate the cost benefits. But either way they look pretty cool!
