I'm not surprised with the poor performance of these city officials.I lived in Park City for awhile and saw NOTHING but a bunch of small town bullies in badges.This is exactly why BTK was allowed to harrass members in the community.They all harrassed and covered each other..They all need to be fired. Dennis Rader was no different as far as ammunity for his abuse of the community then others there.Park City is full of "dirty" law enforcement.They ended up covering for a killer.No surprise
