I love stunting so much! I wish we could do better stunts though. The best thing we have done is- the person in the middle does a shoulder stand, there are people on each sides of her and they do the hitch with their feet in the person who is on the shoulders hands, then in front of them there are three people doing thigh stands, its pretty cool all together

it really doesn't matter what it's called. it's the stunt that's important. people all have different names for it. my squad got a new coach this season and normally we just called a "prep" an elevator, but when she came in she called it a half and a prep, it's all still the same stunt. :)

half extension can be called an elevator and lib at tht hight can be called an elevator lib. thts what we call them

our team calls a half-extension a mid

a half- extension can just be called a prep and when they do a liberty at a prep level you can call it a preperty like we do
