  • you appear to use a different technique on each leg?? deliberate or is it due to a dominant leg?

    Not deliberate. I was having a little more difficulty stepping back with the left leg.

  • Have you ever injured your shoulder doing anything overhead, if so has the injury lingered?

    I injured it back in 2007 while throwing a tennis ball of all things. That was the right shoulder. And in December of 2009 I injured the left shoulder while doing a power snatch.

    Omg I injured my shoulder (right) by throwing a football! Any tips on shoulder stabilization other than the regular rotator cuff recommendation?

  • yo kane, do you do any special workouts for calves. cant get them to bulk much at all and ive been working them hard for about a month...
