Your video made me feel soooo good! Wish I could bring you my 60" $4K Wega with its second defective optical block, so you could blow it to bits, too. Mine still has a picture, so the blue blob would make a great bulls eye. Sony...total baloney!

i have a Sony Grand WEGA Optical Block problem on my 60" set and Sony would not help us either. Sony is ridiculous.

Consumers are the VICTIMS of this SHAME: CAPITALISM! In fact, we have pass through over 60 years of technology evolution in solely 15 years! The technology seems to be "cancerous" with this abnormal evolution! Results: shorted life, unsatisfaction, deception and RAGE! Humans haven't enough time to absorb all of this evolution if we think that the life of solely one new technology domain is normally about 30 years (or more) before discovering a new one!

Still got mine and it's a Sony 53". I've had it for 7 years now with no problems. It gets a-lot of use. Maybe there all made in china now just like your set. Paid $2,600 back in 2002

Why didnt you sell it on ebay for broken parts? Could have made at least some money off it..

werd....they put some asswipe on the phone with me,and he did a good job at first fakeing he was a superviser or somthing,but going through a backdoor,and pretending i was someone else,i found out he was just a salesman!for a industry leader,they have no street smarts,and have no shell card skills!
