  • When Was That Intreviw???

  • @TheMarques400 I believe it was around 84/85 and from a documentary made about John.

  • @TheMarques400

If you look at the noise bar at the bottom of the screen, you can see that this was lifted from MY videotape of Friday Night Videos.

  • @tigerman00 I've had this footage on videotape since it was recorded from a UK TV programme in the 1980's. I'm not in the habit of ripping off other people's stuff

  • this is very interesting.. do you know where this interview is from?

    where did you find it?

  • @rockyraaacoon see above... recorded from TV.

  • Paul...... always the peacemaker, wants to live in harmony.

  • @mrfester42 I think it is YOU who does not get it! Paul has changed his tune since that interview-the Howard Stern interview for a start---jeeze--stop sucking up tp John already. Trust me--he can't hear you and you are not going to score any brownie points for sticking up for Yoko. Read what May Pang had to say--jeeze--99.9% of the people who know her say she is, at best a witch. It really is OK to dislike someone. the invisible man in the sky is not going to punish you.

  • john was an ass and yoko a bitch dont get me wrong hes a legend in his own right but hey the were perfect for each other

  • @GraemePaul100

It's from Friday Night Video's. Because you took it from Me!

  • @TheKenfig He's saying that as if he believes that John would've liked him to be more open with Yoko. He's not blaming ANYTHING on John. He's saying that he realized what John would've liked him to do, and so he decided that he should to that. He really did feel bad for Yoko. He didn't feel bad for her because John wanted him to.... So I think YOU'VE got it a bit wrong there.

  • Ha ha Paul 'blames' John for phoning Yoko ; "I feel John would have wanted me to ring you" etc. Lol. Nice one Pauly. I think you got it a BIT wrong there ; no wonder she said "don't do me any favours" etc.You could have sounded more sincere and said 'I WANTED to phone you and see how you are' etc.

  • Paul, & Linda♥

  • @Frsng1 Except that all of them HAVE to suck up to her because she controls John Lennon's estate. Morticia sama achieved EXACTLY what she set out to do: have control of the Beatles. If they don't suck up to her, she can stop all businesses that the Beatles have. So, she is one nasty character but they (Paul, Ringo and George's estate) are hostages. Trust me, they are going to treat her like glass if they want to get anything done.

  • Just my opinion. I'm glad Yoko has the strength to be herself. But I sometimes wonder if she let John be himself.

  • Having heard the words from Paul himself now maybe Yoko's haters will begin to think twice before puting her down all the time...So glad I could hear that
