It's the president's job to regulate the oversight committee responsible for banking regulations, premium and normal stock trading, mortgage financing, etc.
His very Secretary of the Treasury was one of the single responsible characters for the current financial crisis.
Large movements of money have to be regulated, otherwise...
(take simple University Economics, even B,Ma., it teaches a lot!)

Lol, I saw that coming. I'm well aware of the Winter War. I give credit to those soldiers who fought out numbered by the Russians and managed amazing casualty rates on them (though Russians were never much as individual soldiers).
But that being said, that was a War on one Front. We managed WWII on two fronts, (Three, if you consider the defense against Jap bombing of California by balloon and attack on Alaska).
