What a woman! what a band!, ferocious, uncompromising, frantic and fun!

The photo at 5:01 was taken after Janis was arrested for using profanity on stage at the Curtis Hixon Hall in Tampa (venue no longer exists) The place was more like a high school gymnasium than the typical concert venues of today. Things we take for granted now like long hair and freedom of expression really had to be fought and won in those days. For Janis, it must have felt like Deja Vu at that moment getting her mug shot, particularly when she was arrested in 1963 for shoplifting.

@kmhsucks well i was about 13 when i made this, so i wasnt really thinking. but BBHC have seen this video and never complained so im not changing it.... ;D
