Looks to me as though it may have been out of CG. Appears to be a bit forward of the center of gravity.

It didnt help that ur friend threw it at a 45 degree angle. Next time try throwing it a little more flat but still up just not as much

Ohh, its way too late for that. I've since re-moded the plane into a low, extended wing type crazy looking thing. She actually flew during my test phases really nice. It was the junk motors and escs I pulled from an old old phase3 P-38 that was the problem. They were just junk. I only got about 4 good flights out of her before the motors totally zapped me. But alls good. We had a great time putting the gooney to rest.

Nice cub, one of the guys at our local field has done some mods to his too. Always a great clip. I put a response for you to see, and it's also a Multiplex FunJet maiden flights.

Oh man. I was hoping it was gonna work. Cool crashes though. I believe in going out in a blaze of glory. How else can one convince the wife that a new plane is desperately needed?

Oh Man it was a blast going out, as you can hear from the laughter. I modified this plane into a low wing and it flew great right up until the motor seized. So, a motor switch is next.
