I love this movie, and I love this martial arts routine! Very Matrix, but I don't care. Would've thought that Briareous (certainly the one pictured in the original Mangas) would have been to big and bulky to do moves like that... But who cares. Great film, great choreography!

@xxMrBrownstone Terreus was already on his bad side for having what he had - his flesh and blood AND especially for having Deunan as his partner (which Terreus couldn't help but brag about). That was the only chance he sould let out his anger at him without anyone really saying anything to him.

While Appleseed Ex-Machina looked better visually and had more style, I think the story in first Appleseed was vastly superior. Both movies were excellent however and well worth the viewing.

There is a tv show; Appleseed XIII.
The third movie is unsure at the moment- last I checked.
I do hope there is a third though! I love Appleseed. >.<
