Does the DL also have the F-19 Bonus Maps meant for F-15 SE2? Sadly enough, I don't have a 5.25" Floppy Drive anymore (I swear that I had an F-15 SE2 3.5" disk, but I can't find it!)

Check the site. You should try and run it with DOSBox (a dos emulator you can find on the site)
But I'm not sure with compatibility in Vista.
