Um so what if he laughs? Why would you wanna cry 24/7 at a funeral. thats first off almost not possible, and its a time for celebrating their life. Laughing at a funeral is fine maybe he was talking about the dead guys life, use your brain cells, im sure Clinton could deduce that better than any of you who think it was wrong.

America was in much better shape under Bill Clinton than it today under the moron, George W. Bush. GWB has done nothing but disgrace America and tarnish America's name and reputation. Under Bill Clinton, America was at peace and prosperous. Under, GWB, America is 10 trillion in debt, the U.S. dollar is worthless, Americans are getting poorer and our country is less repsected.
