Very cool indeed! I wonder how much more exotic the new Transformers movie would have looked had Doug Chiang been in charge of the visual elements.

The Robota/DougChiang website has'nt seen an update since 2005  ... he reported then that he was busy with War of the Worlds, Beowulf, the Polar Express and Monster House... all long since done now.

He said the filming would be done in 2007 (lmao).

The Game was scheduled for release in 2006 (baah haaa ha ha ha...!)

I was a major fan of Robota, but he is SERIOUSLY loosing respect of his fanbase with this lack of ... anything! What the hell is he doing? at home? Watching TV?

Ok, and why would robots be fighting with a bladed weapon? It's obviously a martial arts school, but still why practice with stuff like that. Steel staff, mace, warhammer or a tech toy like a piston ram or an impact hammer. Awesome animation, though, and Robota is cool!
