Full House - Danny and Joey in jail dressed as women

Danny and Joey plan revenge on the fraternity that stole their college fraternity mascot 10 years ago by dressing up as women in order to get in to steal their mascot. Things quickly go wrong when Joey's wig falls off and an officer present has them arrested. The guys fear for their lives dressed as women in a jail cell with hardened criminals until one of them recognizes Danny.

I like that line! Very cool, as well as neat and awesome. Plus, Peter Isacksen did an awesome job nailing that line, as well as portraying the waiter in this episode, too. :)
