If people expect perfection from a youth orchestra they should try walking on water - or at least perform with absolute perfection first. Once upon a time when I was touring Europe with a musical group. We were blessed by a special performance of the English Royal Marine Corps Band in our honor. Neither they or we performed with perfection. But, we did have a good time together and discussed technique and musical interpretation.
