Jose E. Lopez of the Puerto Rican Cultural Center talks to Adolfo Carrion Jr, head of the White House Office of Urban Affairs Policy, about the importance of Humboldt Park's Puerto Rican heritage in the ongoing redevelopment efforts underway in the community. Carrion toured Humboldt Park and Auburn Gresham on Oct. 30, 2009, two neighborhoods participating in LISC Chicago's New Communities Program.
