@Highwaycrazy because a few seconds before I had my Daughter turn on the flip camera, the police had just used that lane to get to the big bald black man .... Which by the way they looked hard and long at me before they got to the right guy ..... I was almost a LAPD felony stop ...LOL

What a waste of tax money. How many po pos do they need? And they're just strolling along, obviously no emergency or life threatening issues or they would be RUNNING!

@tylertyler82 The LAPD use a police tactic know as "overwhelm" the brass belives that if they Overwhelm the suspect there is a less chance of the takedown to go "sideways" it is a tactic that has been used my most agencies across the nation but it is my belief that the Overwhelm tactic was created by LAPD!
