Hi Joel,
I thought you said we would be able to keep our reviews if one of the duplicate listings was deleted?
I recently had a duplicate listing that I had no clue how it was created. I did as you said to do in the video. I clicked on report a problem, etc.... About 2 weeks later I received a call from a Google rep from India. She said she was going to delete one of the listings and that I WOULD NOT be able to keep my reviews. She said there was no way to do that.

Also, if I have two duplicate listings which one do you delete? The one with all the reviews or the one with all of the correct info?

Hi Joel, I changed my address recently and now it appears that my google places page spit into 2 different pages.
One has the new address (1300 Guadalupe St.) and 1 old review dated in 2009
The other has the old address (3755 Capital) and the remaining 33 reviews.
When I log-in I do not see any of my old info or reviews however they still exist.
How do I fix this?

How often should this process happen and how quickly will reported duplicate or incorrect listings be resolved? In New Zealand, the latter seems to take months.

In fact I have been trying to merge 2 listings once a week. I followed exact instructions that is explained in here, no change what so ever.
