Homage to the Smoking Ban Hero's

Dedicated to the brave publicans who are facing bankruptcy but still fight this dreadful smoking ban.

On the 5th of November 2007 (remember this date, it will go down in history) Hamish (Guy Fawkes) Howitt's court case ended with him getting clobbered with a £500 fine and £2000 costs. He has spent £100,000 fighting for the right NOT to send the elderly or infirm drinkers outside in the cold and rain for a smoke! He is facing bankruptcy, stands to lose his home and now he is branded a criminal?

NICK HOGAN was fined an extortionate £10,000 for refusing to police the smoking ban in his pub but did warn drinkers that it was against the law to smoke inside and it was at their own risk, (not unreasonable you might think eh?)

Smoking bans are DESIGNED to close pubs, kills two birds with one stone. It drives the need for the sheeple to purchase big pharma's products. Big pharma is all about behavior control, not finding cures. They aren't shy about it, it's right on their tax exempt foundation's website.
