Firma, for definite. Well, at least to me it sounds exactly how we'd say Firma in say Kaunas. It's somewhat of an accent variation: firma should be correctly pronounced as "fih - rma", but sometimes it's pronounced as "fee-rma". And anyway, think logically - Firma (a firm) makes sense, as it's part of a joke as detailed by someone earlier.
