  • Why do people fall for this crap? You are not going to create a vacuum within one closed system.

  • Hemi = marketing tool.

  • would rather have a vortec better engines period.

  • @alainman15 The combustion chamber on the new "hemis" is definitely not hemispherical, "double-wedge" would be a more accurate description. The old-style hemis had very poor mixture motion and needed a ton of compression to produce decent power. Once the EPA mandated the removal of lead from gasoline, compressions dropped and the hemi's days were done, relegated to blower-class drag racing. These two old farts wouldn't know all this because they're salesmen, not mechanics or engineers.

  • @cannonfirexm Really? If these old farts have so much experience in "automotive tech' then why didn't they recognize the modern heart-shaped combustion chambers on the head on the right? Why didn't they know that heart-shaped cc's create a lot more swirl than the old-style hemi-heads? These "AeroTurbine" muffs are the functional equivalent of those turbine-in-the-intake gimmicks we saw a few years ago (which these guys shilled on more than one occasion). They're paid to shill this crap!

  • @urbex2007 Very True! This show should be called "Two Guys Shillin' GImmicks From A Fake Garage". All the gimmicks on these muffs are going to do nothing but lower velocity, increase turbulence and ultimately create a lot of back-pressure. No way these things will perform better than a straight pipe, but they will be a lot louder than the factory set-up and for a lot of guys (ricers and old farts paid to sell crap) louder = faster.

  • @MikeOBrien6640 Difference is...those so called 2 old farts have more experience in automotive tech than you have in breathing. Plus they are PAID to "jaw jack". And your excuse is?????? Oh...you lost 6 minutes of your useless life. Damn!! Try the Jerry Springer videos out for size skippy!!

  • stainless steel packing, wouldn't that just light on fire and melt away when your exhaust starts to get hot?

  • Two old farts jaw jackin and no muffler....thanks for the wasted 6 minutes! :{)

  • yea they don't have friggin clue, but damn thing definitely works. removed the stock muffler and resonator and replaced it with 1 of these......gets roughly 32 mpg at about 65 mph and makes some beautiful damn music lol
