  • Sorry to give it two stars, obviously you all worked hard, but from the very beginning the cellist had trouble finding the center of the pitch - a little sharp, then a little flat - made me not stay for the end. Nerves? First violinist did better, but the piece so clearly calls for whole bows, and we didn't get them; she doesn't like playing near the frog, even on accents in the piu mosso. Not that she can't - I saw her get there at least 6 times. Players also need to respond more to each other.
