As I said, i like this meditation very very much, and i'll keep doing it frequently. All of us together will heal mother Earth.

As a group, we have hurt her, i know, although we didn't mean to; even the Gulf oil spill was created by all of us. Now, also as a group, we started to heal her. We bathe her in light and positive energies, that's so very important...

We need to find ways to live in harmony with the planet. This starts with the intention to do right by the great mother...the energy will amass and will shift the vibration. It is the only way to change and it works.

Vast numbers of people are coming to the realization that by visualizing the healing of our Mother, actual healing can be effected. There are so many way this is happening. Short and sweet!

First, i visualized filling up the planet with positive, white, healing light. Tried to see the planet bathed in positive energy (i followed the instructions :)). I wasn't sure i did it well. But when i visualized "enjoy the positive energy that the earth shines back to you" i felt overwhelmed to tears by the response. Oooh, powerful ...

I spread the word to about 150 people. Adam's word must've travelled far by now, and continues to travel... Good, we can do it!
