  • In the beginning of this video, yarn heaven makes an appearance!!!

  • Your scarf sample cable is made of 6 stitches (twisting 3 over 3), not 4 stitches as in your demo. Also, you need to set up the cable by having 2 purl stitches before and after the cable (as in the sample scarf). If you do your cable as the video demonstrates, you won't end up with a cable looking like the scarf. It needs the 2 purl set up stitches to make the cable "pop" and stand out from the other patterns of the scarf.

  • Can someone let me know the pattern of the example scarf at the end? I'm a beginner~

To me it looks like seed *stitch, twisted knit (?), purls, cable, purl, twisted knit (?) and repeat from *...Can someone confirm or correct? :)

  • @BlackTidePride well wheres needle heaven???????

  • i love your knit pattern, but instructions are too vague.

  • I would love to have the pattern for the scarf at the end of this video.

  • That background is making my mouth water...

  • @inscid I already figured it out but thank you though :D teaching yourself how to knit is trail and error

  • @selenesoliel @goodnightlava27 oh wait! sorry ok I missed a couple steps, alright:

    1. knit

    2. purl

    3. cable

    4. purl

(repeat 1-4), where each step indicates a different side of the knitting. hope that helps, again

  • @selenesoliel @goodnightlava27 yes let's say you're done with the cable stitching side, when u turn over purl across to end then when u turn it back to the side with the cable, continue cable stitching. hope that helped!

  • Thank you, thank you! You gave a great visual as to how cables "work"! I finally get it!!

  • What is the pattern for this scarf? It is truly beautiful, and I would like to try it!
